It keeps coming back to me…

27 10 2009

I watched My Dinner with Andre for the first time a couple months back, and it continues to rock me. Dense in the conversation is the story of a man’s journey to find and recover his soul in a world where Man is abolished from any importance. He called modern man a walking “zombie”, or a creature that is asleep but doesn’t want to know it.

His journey is essentially an attempt to reconnect with his Creator God, though I am not sure he understood that. I certainly didn’t recognize that when I went out and tried almost every kind of spirituality there is out there. I knocked on almost every door on the block that claimed to have the answer, which is the meaning of life and truth and existence. Some doors I entered; other doors I rang the doorbell, peered inside and ran away. I think the character of Andre describes doing much of the same thing. As a side note, I heard that the actor/writer of this film, Andre Gregory, who is actually playing himself in the film, returned to the Christian faith of his fathers some time after this film was made.

But what comes back to me again and again in this film is what Andre said about the nature of the modern world. It haunts me in fact when I look out at the world around me.

WALLY: [Quieter:] Well, why…why do you think that is? I mean, why is that? I mean, is it just because people are lazy today? Or they’re bored? I mean, are we just like bored, spoiled children who’ve just been lying in the bathtub all day just playing with their plastic duck and now they’re just thinking: “Well! what can I do?”

ANDRE: Okay! Yes! We’re bored! We’re all bored now! But has it ever occurred to you, Wally, that the process that creates this boredom that we see in the world now may very well be a self-perpetuating, unconscious form of brain-washing, created by a world totalitarian government based on money? And that all of this is much more dangerous than one thinks? And it’s not just a question of individual survival, Wally, but that somebody who’s bored is asleep, and somebody who’s asleep will not say “no”? See, I keep meeting these people, I mean, uh, just a few days ago I met this man whom I greatly admire, he’s a Swedish physicist, Gustav Björnstrand? And he told me that he no longer watches television, he doesn’t read newspapers and he doesn’t read magazines. He’s completely cut them out of his life, because he really does feel that we’re living in some kind of Orwellian nightmare now, and that everything that you hear now contributes to turning you into a robot!

And when I was at Findhorn, I met this extraordinary English tree expert, who had devoted his life to saving trees. He just got back from Washington, lobbying to save the redwoods? He’s eighty-four years old and he always travels with a back-pack ’cause he never knows where he’s gonna be tomorrow! And when I met him at Findhorn he said to me: “Where are you from?” And I said: “New York.” He said: “Ah, New York! Yes, that’s a very interesting place. Do you know a lot of New Yorkers who keep talking about the fact that they want to leave but never do?” And I said: “Oh, yes!” And he said: “Why do you think they don’t leave?” I gave him different banal theories. He said: “Oh, I don’t think it’s that way at all.” He said: “I think that New York is the new model for the new concentration camp, where the camp has been built by the inmates themselves, and the inmates are the guards, and they have this pride in this thing they’ve built, they’ve built their own prison. And so they exist in a state of schizophrenia, where they are both guards and prisoners. And as a result they no longer have, having been lobotomized, the capacity to leave the prison they’ve made, or to even see it as a prison. And then he went into his pocket and he took out a seed for a tree, and he said: “This is a pine tree.” He put it in my hand and he said: “Escape, before it’s too late.”

You see, actually, for two or three years now Chiquita and I have had this very unpleasant feeling that we really should get out. No, we really should feel like Jews in Germany in the late thirties? Get out of here! Of course, the problem is where to go, ’cause it seems quite obvious that the whole world is going in the same direction.
You see, I think it’s quite possible that the nineteen-sixties represented the last burst of the human being before he was extinguished. And that this is the beginning of the rest of the future now, and that from now on there’ll simply be all these robots walking around, feeling nothing, thinking nothing. And there’ll be nobody left almost to remind them that there once was a species called a human being, with feelings and thoughts. And that history and memory are right now being erased, and soon nobody will really remember that life existed on the planet! [Emphasis Mine]

There is a nihilism here that’s virtually inescapable with Jesus. Indeed, if this world is all one has with no afterlife, then life and existence might very well feel quite bleak.

As a Christian, however, I know that my citizenship is in the Kingdom of Heaven, not on this earth. With this knowledge, Jesus has given me the tools to detach from the outcomes of this world, to turn to Him and observe the world go to whatever end it has decided to go.

All those Swines

28 04 2009

A friend of mine asked about this bird flu yesterday and wondered if there is a something more to it than meets the eye.

Here was my response:

… It would seem as though it is not just swine flu. Swine flu is just a catch-all descriptor of something else. Apparently, this “Swine Flu” is a confluence of some kind of bird flu, the common cold flu AND swine flu, which makes its communicability level really high.

I am also thinking of conspiracy theories given how a month ago Baxter, a drug company, sent out LIVE H5N1 bird flu to dozens of labs around the world and specifically instructed those labs to mix the deadly virus with other viruses and the common cold. Quarantine procedures dictate that it’s mandatory to kill any kind of virus before transporting it anywhere. Luckily, some scientist out in Eastern Europe ran a precautionary test and exposed a ferret to the supposedly dead virus and later noticed that the ferret croaked. We got lucky that round because that could have potentially killed a billion people on the planet. This makes me wonder if they got to all those containers shipped out last month…

Want to know another shocker? Guess who is tapped to develop the anti-viral drug to counteract this “Swine Flu”? Baxter. Yes, the same company that “accidentally” shipped out the LIVE bird flu last month to 12 different countries.

This is the original article about the “accident“.

And this is the article about how Baxter is working on the vaccine.

Given their level of competence of late, I’m not filled with joy at the prospect.

If all this was done innocently without conscious deliberation, at the very least, the entire chain of command should be cashier on the spot with their complete incompetence.

BUT if not, if some crackpot billionaire with aspirations to kill billions of people as the Georgia Guidestones would suggest, then we’re in a heap of trouble. Those stones aspire to reduce the human population to their ideal number of 500 million. There are close to 7 billion people living in the world right now.

So, what percentage does that work out to? Can your mind wrap itself around that number?

Correction:

Baxter did not just send out H5N1 bird flu to labs worldwide just for experimentation. Apparently, they distributed vaccines to 18 different countries for the regular flu. The snafu in all this is that these vaccines have been contaminated with the H5N1.

One Czech newspapers worded it like this:

“Was this just a criminal negligence or it was an attempt to provoke pandemia using vaccination against flu to spread the disease – as happened with the anti-B hepatitis vaccination with vaccines containing the HIV virus in US? – and then cash for the vaccines against H5N1 which Baxter develops? How could on Earth a virus as H5N1 come to the ordinary flu vaccines? Don’t they follow even basic precautions in the american pharma companies?”

Visits from the ‘Angel of Death’

5 02 2009

Back in 1978, Gregory Peck and Sir Laurence Olivier stared in a speculative movie about whereabouts of the infamous Nazi doctor, Josef Mengele, who was rumored to have settled in Brazil.

Almost all good movies begin with a compelling “What if”. What if Josef Mengele continued his evil eugenics experiments in Brazil to advance his fuhrer’s twisted ideas of the Aryan race?

The movie depicted Mengele, who was played brilliantly by Gregory Peck, warping human genetics to create blond-haired, blue-eyed Aryans out of brown-haired, brown-eyed Brazilians. It seemed so Frankensteinian that it couldn’t be true.

Or was it?

I ran across an article the other week about a small town in Brazil who has an extraordinarily high rate of twins. All of whom are blond-haired and blue-eyed. If nature were just to take its majestic course, the ratio of occurrence between mothers having twins and a normal pregnancy is 1 out of every 80.

Candido Godoi, the town in question, has a twin ratio of 1 out of every 5.

In researching his book, Mengele: the Angel of Death in South America, Jorge Camarasa claimed that:

… Mengele found refuge in the German enclave of Colonias Unidas, Paraguay, and from there, in 1963, began to make regular trips to another predominantly German community just over the border in Brazil – the farming community of Candido Godoi.

And, Mr Camaras claims, it was here that soon after the birthrate of twins began to spiral.

“I think Candido Godoi may have been Mengele’s laboratory, where he finally managed to fulfil his dreams of creating a master race of blond haired, blue eyed Aryans,” he said.

“There is testimony that he attended women, followed their pregnancies, treated them with new types of drugs and preparations, that he talked of artificial insemination in human beings, and that he continued working with animals, proclaiming that he was capable of getting cows to produce male twins.”

It is without question that most, if not our entire, modern understanding of genetics grew out Mengele’s torture of European Jews. In fact, the entire idea of eugenics, which Mengele and the Nazi’s bought into, is still alive and well with us in the modern world today. Instead of eugenics, it’s now called “planned parenthood” and other such titles.

After reading this article, it made me wonder what else that madman did in Latin America…

Are the conspiracy theorists right?

3 02 2009

Georgia GuidestonesAs the saying goes, “You’re not crazy if they really are out to get you.”

I used to be one of the ones who scoffed every time I smelled the stale stench of lurid conspiracies in anyone’s explanation of current events. From floride in the water to manipulate the minds of men, to the accusations of a sociopathic ruling class bent on the destruction of freedom. These conspiracies and more were dead in the water as far as I was concerned. I thought that the sources these conspiracy theorists cite were less the credible, and their claims were so outlandish that they could only be the ravings of madmen. They probably sipped their Kool-Aid morning, noon and night and sprayed Kool-Aid-mixed perfume and cologne for good measure.

As time wore on and I inducted more facts about our world, I would have to say that I was wrong. It doesn’t make the conspiracy theorists right not all counts, but I unequivocally concede the point that there ARE, in fact, conspiracies attempting to control the direction of mankind.

Groups, such as the Masons, Skull and Bones, Bilderbergers and Illuminati do exist, and they wield a tremendous amount of influence on our world.

Should anyone doubt that conspiracies exist as I did, I point them over to the Georgia Guidestones in Elbert County, Georgia.

It is commonly called the American Stonehenge and it’s origins are shrouded in mystery, though I can’t imagine how anyone can commission a company to erect such an enormous edifice anonymously. But there it is.

On the surfaces of these stones, ten goals, or guiding principles, are outlined:

1. Maintain humanity under 500,000,000 in perpetual balance with nature.
2. Guide reproduction wisely – improving fitness and diversity.
3. Unite humanity with a living new language.
4. Rule passion – faith – tradition – and all things with tempered reason.
5. Protect people and nations with fair laws and just courts.
6. Let all nations rule internally resolving external disputes in a world court.
7. Avoid petty laws and useless officials.
8. Balance personal rights with social duties.
9. Prize truth – beauty – love – seeking harmony with the infinite.
10.Be not a cancer on the earth – Leave room for nature – Leave room for nature.

Simple mathematics would tell you that in order to achieve the 500 million human population on planet earth, 90 percent of the roughly 6.75 billion people currently living here has to die.

A reader of Troubling Trifles emailed me with the following comments on the Georgia Guidestones (I edited some of the material for publication):

Do you remember the Guidestones in Georgia? … where all those articles are etched in the granite, and that was “consecrated” by Gorby, and by the Secretary General of the UN? That big structure calling for the human race to be reduced to 500 million people in immediate terms? Coast to Coast went and investigated the ownership, and who got the permits to build, etc. Come to find out they were all 33rd Masons, and the governing board of the Masons and the Bildebergers for the United States branch. Interesting that they should be in bed with Gorby and openly occultist UN bureaucracy.

So, where am I going with this post?

I, and I am sure a host of people, have been feeling that we’re on the brink of imminent tragedy of some kind. Should such catastrophe come, I wonder if it would have something to do with these low men and women pulling their strings in high places.
