A friend of mine asked about this bird flu yesterday and wondered if there is a something more to it than meets the eye.
Here was my response:
… It would seem as though it is not just swine flu. Swine flu is just a catch-all descriptor of something else. Apparently, this “Swine Flu” is a confluence of some kind of bird flu, the common cold flu AND swine flu, which makes its communicability level really high.
I am also thinking of conspiracy theories given how a month ago Baxter, a drug company, sent out LIVE H5N1 bird flu to dozens of labs around the world and specifically instructed those labs to mix the deadly virus with other viruses and the common cold. Quarantine procedures dictate that it’s mandatory to kill any kind of virus before transporting it anywhere. Luckily, some scientist out in Eastern Europe ran a precautionary test and exposed a ferret to the supposedly dead virus and later noticed that the ferret croaked. We got lucky that round because that could have potentially killed a billion people on the planet. This makes me wonder if they got to all those containers shipped out last month…
Want to know another shocker? Guess who is tapped to develop the anti-viral drug to counteract this “Swine Flu”? Baxter. Yes, the same company that “accidentally” shipped out the LIVE bird flu last month to 12 different countries.
This is the original article about the “accident“.
And this is the article about how Baxter is working on the vaccine.
Given their level of competence of late, I’m not filled with joy at the prospect.
If all this was done innocently without conscious deliberation, at the very least, the entire chain of command should be cashier on the spot with their complete incompetence.
BUT if not, if some crackpot billionaire with aspirations to kill billions of people as the Georgia Guidestones would suggest, then we’re in a heap of trouble. Those stones aspire to reduce the human population to their ideal number of 500 million. There are close to 7 billion people living in the world right now.
So, what percentage does that work out to? Can your mind wrap itself around that number?

Correction:
Baxter did not just send out H5N1 bird flu to labs worldwide just for experimentation. Apparently, they distributed vaccines to 18 different countries for the regular flu. The snafu in all this is that these vaccines have been contaminated with the H5N1.
One Czech newspapers worded it like this:
“Was this just a criminal negligence or it was an attempt to provoke pandemia using vaccination against flu to spread the disease – as happened with the anti-B hepatitis vaccination with vaccines containing the HIV virus in US? – and then cash for the vaccines against H5N1 which Baxter develops? How could on Earth a virus as H5N1 come to the ordinary flu vaccines? Don’t they follow even basic precautions in the american pharma companies?”
As the saying goes, “You’re not crazy if they really are out to get you.”
It keeps coming back to me…
27 10 2009I watched My Dinner with Andre for the first time a couple months back, and it continues to rock me. Dense in the conversation is the story of a man’s journey to find and recover his soul in a world where Man is abolished from any importance. He called modern man a walking “zombie”, or a creature that is asleep but doesn’t want to know it.
His journey is essentially an attempt to reconnect with his Creator God, though I am not sure he understood that. I certainly didn’t recognize that when I went out and tried almost every kind of spirituality there is out there. I knocked on almost every door on the block that claimed to have the answer, which is the meaning of life and truth and existence. Some doors I entered; other doors I rang the doorbell, peered inside and ran away. I think the character of Andre describes doing much of the same thing. As a side note, I heard that the actor/writer of this film, Andre Gregory, who is actually playing himself in the film, returned to the Christian faith of his fathers some time after this film was made.
But what comes back to me again and again in this film is what Andre said about the nature of the modern world. It haunts me in fact when I look out at the world around me.
There is a nihilism here that’s virtually inescapable with Jesus. Indeed, if this world is all one has with no afterlife, then life and existence might very well feel quite bleak.
As a Christian, however, I know that my citizenship is in the Kingdom of Heaven, not on this earth. With this knowledge, Jesus has given me the tools to detach from the outcomes of this world, to turn to Him and observe the world go to whatever end it has decided to go.
